  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Time (Within India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas may take 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders below ₹1000.
  • Orders of ₹1000 or above must be prepaid at checkout.
  • Kamvin reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.
  • Unverified or suspicious orders may be cancelled.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order:

  • Is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or
  • Appears lost in transit

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Kamvin is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Please take clear photos.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

8. Shipping Coverage

Currently, Kamvin ships within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
